I stupidly watched Ryan James Yezak’s latest video for Second Class Citizen, even though I knew it would annoy me, and something has been bugging me since I watched it. In the video they say, “When it comes to homosexuality, I am so sick and tired of hearing people say that they’re traditional or they’re religious or they’re conservative or they do not believe, when really, they’re just homophobic.” This proves just how stupid RJY is. The fact that he equates thinking that homosexuality is wrong to homophobia is just blatant stupidity. Yes, there are Christians, Jews, Muslims and others who disagree with homosexuality and think that it’s wrong but that in no way means that they hate gays or treat them any differently, when it comes to things that aren’t “gay orientated” like gay marriage. Just because a vegetarian thinks eating meat is wrong and won’t be pro animal testing does not mean they hate everyone who eats meat.
On the plus side, this dude is hot.
